Sparkle was one of 3 dogs just dumped in MS. Thank goodness some good samaritans found them, reached out to our Southern partners, and here she is. Sparkle is approx 13 weeks old. She is a gorgeous girl. Sparkle enjoyed being held by Chuck Merrihew​ on Saturday at our adoption event. Some people on Saturday said she looks like some sort of border collie mix.
