Where are all our small dog lovers?
Meet Shelby. She is about 10 lbs and 4 months old. She’s a chi mix.
She was found as a stray down south. She had a bad skin condition and was very malnourished when she was found. Thank goodness for the secretary at animal control who called Julie Clark. She didn’t want this small little dog to go to a scary shelter.
Because of Julie, she is doing great now and her hair is growing back. Her fur is super soft, like velvet..
She is said to get along with dogs and she thinks cats are fun. 🙂
