Lady is a 2-3 yo boston terrier.
We believe Lady started out with a breeder and was used as breeder stock. Because she was not “up to standards” as a perfect Boston terrier, she was spayed and adopted out. Lady was left outside. Rarely fed or given water. Thank God for the downstairs neighbor. He got concerned and started feeding her. She roamed the downtown area in Mississippi, near high traffic streets until the kind neighbor finally asked these “owners” if he could find her a new home. They agreed .
She was posted on FB, and one of our angel fosters from Mississippi got in touch with him and went to get her. She asked us if we could take her, we said yes.. Lady was taken to the vet. She has bad knees and chronic dry eyes. She will need eye drops.. Because the eyes have never been treated, she has some corneal scarring but it doesn’t affect her sight. She gets along with dogs. She’s interested in cats but doesn’t chase unless they run. She loves people . She’s very quiet. She’s a great bed companion. Loves walks. Housebroken. She is scared of storms, wants to sit with you to feel safe.
