Momma Elsie was removed from a horrible situation down south.  The ACO removed 5 dogs, and Elsie and her two about 1 week old pups were there.  They said she was so skinny, her bones were sticking out.  🙁
With a great foster, some good food, some vet visits and looks great and isn’t that skinny dog anymore.  She is a terrier mix about 3-4 yo and about 50 lbs.
