Thank goodness for good Samaritans.

A friend of one of our southern fosters, Dianne Gargaro​, was on her way to work. Big trucks were driving 100 MPH on this road.
Her friend saw what she thought was a little bird in the middle of the road, but saw this beauty as she passed her. She turned around as soon as she could, praying the baby didn’t get killed before she could get there. She was alive and very grateful to be out of that hell she found herself in. There’s no way to know how she got there. No houses were close by. 🙁 She called Dianne to help. Of course Dianne being Dianne, she said yes. <3

She named her Bertie. She is about 8 weeks old . Nothing but heaven and amazing things from now on for this baby girl!!!
