Oh Effa! Effa is as sweet as they come! She has been good around other dogs, but can be a little territorial around her food bowl with other dogs(good thing she is very trainable!) She loves loves loves people and doesn’t walk too bad on a leash. Effa has spent most of her life on the short end of a chain, so she needs a home who will understand if she takes some time to adjust to a home environment. She has been known to be okay around kids, but has not been around cats. Effa needs someone to love her unconditionally and she will for sure give all of her love back!
